REFUND POLICY

If you aren't entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Please NOTE that we DO NOT accept returns or give refunds on personalized orders.

  • Sale items 
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
  • If your order arrives broken or damaged you are required to notify us by email (craftedwithgraceco@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. You must be able to provide us with a photograph of the damaged items in order  to be eligible for a return or refund. Once we have reviewed the information you will be issued a refund via the same payment method.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer and are not refundable. Once we have received and inspected your return we will issue a refund via the same payment method.
